  I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes, literally! That's a long time for a drive thru. Just placing my order took several minutes because the guy taking it couldn't understand what I wanted. I normally wouldn't say anything, but this is the third or fourth time I've been to this location and it had been slow every time. It never looks like there is anyone inside, so I can't figure out why it takes so long in the drive thru.
